Just updated Windows 10 Pro to the new upgrade. Now Thunderbird will not start. Tried as Administrator, still will not start. Checked the loaded programs and it shows that there are 2 Mozilla Thunderbird programs on the system, version 38.2.0 and 38.3.0. I tried uninstalling both programs and reload but it will not let me, saying, "I have to close the program before I can uninstall" I do not have it open. How do I get rid of each of these programs and start over and reinstall?
