Is there a beta version of ESR dot releases where ESR security updates can be tested prior to release?

We want to set our systems to auto update but we need to test the releases before they hit our general population. is there a beta program for Firefox ESR dot releases?

If not, is there a way to set Auto update to delay updating by X days after release?

Chosen solution

The latest builds for QA testing can be found at http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-esr38/ and the candidates at http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/

The Firefox 38 ESR is based on Firefox 38.0 Release with allowed security and stability fixes since.

There is no Beta builds in ESR case as the Beta channel has 44.0 (currently 44.0b4)
