How to restore old New Tab Page?

Recently I've updated my Firefox and the New Tab Page is just not what I was used to. Thumbnails too wide, search bar on the top missing. Check it out.

Thanks, when I launched the firefox in safe mode it was suddenly alright so I checked out my addons and it turned out I had one for customization of this called "New Tab Tools", so I removed it and now it's more or less the same it was before.

My mistake for forgetting I had that addon.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...
