I do not get the swdeish signs for the letters Å A with a ring over or Ä a a vitg two dots or Ö a O with to dots . The same problem with the small letters. I can not find any place in incomming letters where I can change or delete a language. Pleas help me Stig ( Curil36)

Thank you for translation. If you have problems with special characters to display in Thunderbird, please try to change the charset settings. You can do that per message (menu View > Character encoding) or globally in Options > Display > Formatting > Advanced….

I am not sure, which charset is the right one for Swedish, but I would start with Unicode (UTF-8).
