Can't open emailed pictures. they go directly to an email

the emails arrive and I click on the attached files but then the new going email shows up with that attachment attached to the new out going email. I also cannot saveas any of the attached files any where in my computer, The attachments have the Mozzilla icon beside them which i have never seen before. Thank you

Sounds tio me like the file associations on your PC and all messed up.

I suggest you get someone who knows windows to advise you on how to reset the appropriate file associations in Windows.
