Good morning. Today, when I try open Firefox, it will crash, without open it.

I followed your guide for help:

- I cannot open it in safe mode (I tried keeping SHIFT pressed): it crash again
- I uninstalled my Firefox and reinstalled the newest version 50.1.0, but it crash again
- I tried installing the last version I downloaded this august (48.0.2) but it crash again

This is the crash id of the latest ID: bp-9404c0cc-f464-4a1f-998a-824852161229

I really like Firefox: I use it since 2005, and I would like to keep using it... but if I cannot open it, I would be forced to move to Chrome...

Thank you very much Have a nice day

hi pasotti.f, this crash is caused by the websense security software that is running on your device. i presume that's in a corporate environment - please get in contact with your it department to make sure that websense is fully up to date, as it has the tendency to crash newly released firefox versions until they adapt accordingly. another option would be to install an esr version of firefox: Old versions of Websense cause startup crashes in Firefox
