The address bar, search bar, menu button, bookmarks, etc. are not responding when I click them. I've attached a screenshot image to show. Anything in the grey area where these buttons are located do not respond.

I've tried to force quit Firefox and have restarted my computer multiple times. I've tried to put the browser in 'safe mode' but am unable to due to the unresponsive menu button.

Please advise.

I had the same problem. After opening/closing the browser several times, it finally worked. BTW; This was after an update.
