Please note that newer versions of Firefox require you go through a series of steps to activate the Flash Player.
After updating Firefox to version 55, I get this message "Please note that newer versions of Firefox require you go through a series of steps to activate the Flash Player" when trying to open Cookie Jam on Facebook. I updated Adobe flash player and still get the same note. Game recommends changing to Chrome which I do not want to do. Please help. Should I uninstall Firefox update? What are the series of steps I must take that the page is suggesting?

Hi Rtippitt,
Sorry to hear you're having problems. There seems to be a problem with the cookie jam game not being coded correctly.
You can get around this by following these steps:
- Right click on the "please note..." message and then click This Frame > Show Only This Frame
- Once the page has reloaded, look for a shield icon near the top-left of the screen (it will be just to the right of the back button). If you see the shield, click it, then click Disable Tracking Protection for this Site.
- Nearly there! You'll see a grey box where the game should be, with a message: "This site uses a plugin which may slow Firefox". Click the grey box and then click Allow Now.
Thanks for the assistance jayelbe. I was able to perform #1 as you stated above but there was no shield to perform the other steps. I was able to play the game after clicking on "show on the frame" though. Should I try to do anything else or should it be ok to play the game as is?
