This started one week ago. When in Firefox every time I go to weather.com Firefox crashes when I close. I get the Mozilla Drash Reporter box. "Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts, etc."

I tried to upload a screenshot, but the wheel just keeps spinning and the upload never completes.

Firefox is the latest version as of this morning and Adobe Flash is the latest version as of this morning. Still crashing on exit after visiting weather.com

I have two other PC's, one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 10, neither have this problem after visiting weather.com

I can use Firefox for hours and as long as I do not go to weather.com Firefox does not crash on exit.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
