Filters on Local Folders don't work

I have two Thunderbird profiles which use the same Local Folders. I have set Filters to copy certain messages from IMAP inbox to Local Folder Inbox on one profile then move them from Local Inbox to IMAP inbox of the other. The first one works fine but the other won't run automatically when Thunderbird opens; I have to run it manually. Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to think of another way. That is asking for trouble, even if you did get it to work.
