I was checking emails I sent and some that I do not want to send to again. I checked out Collected Addresses folder and realized that not all the email addresses I sent an email are in the Collected Addresses folder. Now, I am curious as to what types of email addresses will be retained as a Collected Addresses?

Chosen solution

Collected Addresses stores outgoing addresses, but only if that option is set in Tools/Options/Composition/Addressing.

If the email address sent is incorrect or bounced back, does it remove the email address from the list?

Thank you, Rod

I haven't tested it with bounced mail, but I think if it gets copied to the Sent folder, the address is added, as that confirms it at least reached the mail server.
