I am using Firefox on my macbook pro and I signed up for a Firefox account and when I sign in with my account in about 1 hour it just signs me out of my account. How would I stay singed into my Firefox account?

It may be possible that you have set Firefox not to remember cookies and hence you are getting logged off each time you close the browser. Go to Options -> Privacy & security and make sure that you unchecked “Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed”.

Also Make sure to check the following

Options => Privacy & Security - > under "History" choose "Use custom settings for history"

Make sure that "Always use private browsing mode" is unchecked. turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes to the right: click "Settings" and check only "Cache" (also if you want check "Form and Search History" too). Hope this will work

Make sure Firefox gets installed properly.

Open the Firefox Disk Image file and drag the Firefox application to the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the Disk Image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
