Close Other Tabs is now harder to find

The latest update placed Close Tabs to the Right and Close Other Tabs in a submenu. To me this is a confusing change as I now need more clicks to achieve the same thing.

Also I feel that the context menus are too crowded in Firefox. I suggest a padding between the items.

Not something that is "support related". More of something that was purposely changed by the Mozilla developers and was created & tested in Nightly (alpha dev stage) and then sent to Beta to be tested; then sent onto the Release stage, which for that was Fx78.

Really something that you should post here, submitting Feedback to Mozilla directly:

But don't count it being to be "fixed" anytime too soon, if ever. Just don't happen like that.

That said, I feel the same way, too! Threw me when I first saw that last week. I did see an extension that has been created to move that many item back into the main menu, but that is an added menu item and doesn't "fix" the changes made to the main menu at all. Easy to fix via adding to the Firefox menu system via an extension, but it doesn't really have an affect to the base menu system other than that addition.

I don't like it now that I have it installed, but its better than as Mozilla provided with Firefox 78.

But hey, the whole Contextual Menu system is so damn overloaded and has been for many years (I started using Firefox in Aug 2002). I am on a Desktop and rarely even use what I consider superfluous Context Menu items. Overall, there are at least three ways to perform many of the actions that are jammed into most Context Menus. I use to "edit" / hide most of the default Context Menu items using 2 (or 3, iirc which it was) via an extension, which was named Menu Editor before that one got "killed" by Quantum Firefox 57. With previous major UI rewrites (Australis and Firefox 4.0) some extension developer would create their own new extension to fulfill the need, but with Quantum that isn't allowed any longer.

Now it's done thru userChrome.css code, which I have used - some - but the task overwhelmed me, especially recently after I tried to separate each "menu" that was Contextual in use and broke what I had spent many hours doing.

And I have been fiddling with userChrome.css in Firefox since 2003 or 2004 for relatively very minor changes. But lately with the way Mozilla makes similar changes to Firefox like with Fx78 and now they're down to 4 week Release cycles, it's almost like a dog chasing his tail that he'll never catch up with.

Not happy with that change in Fx78 specifically, so I may decide to try again with only the Tab Context Menu script alone.

One of the reasons to move these 'Close...' items to a sub menu was to prevent accidentally closing tabs by misclicking in the context menu.
