Suddenly I couldnt log into amazon.ca to my account AND couldnt enter password ( firefox seemed to have a 40word/symbols entered into password account

I could go to Microsoft edge to get to to my amazon account and create new access/account password. Amazon tec person said it was something to do with extension in Firefox that needed to be disabled?? If you want me to disable Firefox and use Edge or someother as default browser let me know OR tell me how to fix it xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.xx

Did you check this password in the Firefox Password Manager (Lockwise) ?
