Firefox won’t open. When l click on the Mozilla tile l get a white screen with the Firefox logo. Rebooting doesn’t help, and don’t want to delete the app and redownload it, because l don’t want to lose my bookmarks.

Hi @Ismarrero, firts ceck for an update in the App Store. If there is no update pending, have you created a Firefox-account with your actual installation? If yes, are you logged-in to this account on your device and have you enabled the synchronization?

If also "yes", download Firefox on another device, desktop or mobile, log in to your account, start a synchronization.

When sync is complete, delete Firefox on iOS followed by a fresh installation. Log in to your account and enable the synchronization to get your settings and bookmarks syced to your device.
