Hi,

I am using Firefox v84.0.1 to read mails in Outlook online OWA. When I try to open a message, an error messag is shown in the window: 

     the e-mail message can not be displayed, check your internet connection.

In the console I see messages like: Uncaught (in promise) Error: GetTimeZone failed: No Reason Phrase

I have logged out and in on outlook.live.com an the problem is solved.
