How can I magnify a smaller web picture and use it as desktop or wallpaper how can I determine the URL for the picture what is the difference between an embedded picture vs an ordinary picture I have tried to right click the picture but it makes no difference a few years ago if you did a right click you would get a question if you want to make this a desktop/wallpaper no more I use win 10

It's better to use a bigger pic than stretching a small one. Give me a link to the pic you want. Also, how big is your screen?
