How can we add an e-mail address to cc automatically every time an e-mail is sent?
Chosen solution
If it is the same email address you want to Cc and you want it included everytime you send an email from a specific account:
- Right click on mail account name folder in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'
- Select 'Copies & Folders'
- Select checkbox: 'Cc these email addresses: enter the email address'
- Close Account Settings tab
