Just got a new Acer 242y 23.8" monitor for my old MacBook with a broken screen. Connect to it with an HDMI cable. Can't figure out why the items in the Apple Toolbar appear smaller Same with everything in the Browser. Also, whereas the Apple Toolbar remained onscreen before, now i have to move the cursor to the top of the page to access it, then it recedes. I've gone to Appoearances & Language in Settings and changed the font size, but to no effect. What be up? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Make sure you do not run Firefox in Full Screen Mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
