I have changed my settings to permanent private browsing mode, and never remember any history, cookies or anything else, but yet still somehow my Firefox is storing cookies under the head "Cached Web Content", and i have to manually delete them after using my browser for some time, Can anyone help and tell me why is it happening and what can i do to fix it?

Those cookies might be cookies created in normal mode and in that case you need to start Firefox in normal mode if you want to remove them. Those cookies aren't removed if you switch to PB mode to make it possible to reuse them if you exit PB mode (i.e. if you switch to PB you are logged out and if you exit PB then you are logged in if you previously were).

Firefox has two two cookies jars, one for regular windows and one for all Private Browsing windows. Cookies in the Private Browsing jar are shared among all PB Windows and Tabs.
