How do I restore "Saved Logins" version 91

I.E Mailbox// inbound.att.net... and smtp://outbound.att.net...

A slave account's data exists, but master account's data is absent. I assume they were deleted.

I cannot receive or send emails in Thunderbird mail, but I can using Yahoo mail (which is a very limited email app)

Entries to Saved Passwords are made when you connect to an account and are asked for a password, and you check the box to have it stored. But with AT&T accounts, you have to use a secure mail key, generated on the AT&T site, in place of the account password in TB.
