Accelerazione hardware su scheda AMD Radeon R5/R6 non funzionante

E da molto tempo che non riesco piu' a vedere i video di youtube e altri siti come mediaset con l'accelerazione attiva. I video si vedono verdi. Ho provato ad usare tutte le versioni dei driver a disposizione per queste schede e non ho risolto.

Il consumo della CPU e' molto alto e non mi permette di fare altro in contemporanea.

Come si segnala un bug?
