I'd like to use the Thunderbird import function to import my email addresses from Windows 11 Mail. When using the import function I am asked to select the type of file I would like to import: Becky, Mork, Outlook, SeaMonkey, Text, etc. Problem is, I have no idea which type to choose, so I can't get any farther with the import.

My suggestion is to export from Windows Mail. I do not use it, but I think the steps are Tools>Windows Contacts>export and select CSV format. Then, in Thunderbird, you can import the CSV file.
