Can't get a login page to load on Synchrony Bank for Amazon Credit Card since update. Using Google Chrome to get into my account. Called Synchrony, they say it's Firefox since update. Can't call anyone at Firefox, no phone numbers available nor do they provide an email address, not right. How do I get someone at Firefox to fix this problem?

The page doesn't load for the login page to even show. The white background with the three yellow bars come up, and then the page flashes back to the Firefox theme page color, then it flashes back to the Synchrony bank loading page and the white background with the three bars come up, then it flashes back to Firefox background, then it flashes back to the Synchrony page, the login box flashes up then disappears and the cycle begins again. Called Synchrony, they said it's due to Firefox update, which happened three days ago and I can't get on to the account since. Synchrony tech support tried to help, says Firefox needs to be advised of the recurring problem so they can rewrite to allow Synchrony to upload due to security changes. I have cleared all cache, history, data, cookies and same thing each time. History reflects website visited during each cycle. Tried safe mode, no good.

P.S. can get onto site via Chrome. I did shut off my Norton, Malwarebytes, Privacy Badger, Duck Duck Go site protections and Firefox site protections and nothing helped. Been accessing this account via Firefox browser for 4 years with all the same extensions and virus protections and never had a problem before.

Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode?

yes, as previously stated, no good. I tried to check my extensions by disabling each and nothing was shown as causing the problem, could not get page to load with each extension disabled. Firefox does not go onto site in safe mode. I updated my graphics card as it needed an update, did not fix. I checked my firewall, Firefox has full access via my Norton firewall which disables and overrides Windows Firewall. Nothing has changed other than the update and nothing I do is correcting the problem

What happens under another Windows account? Also, try Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.
