Hola, El Thunderbird no busca dentro del archivo adjunto, podrías probar el siguiente complemento: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/expression-search-ng/ pero creo que busca hasta el nombre del adjunto, en todo caso puedes consultar con el desarrollador si es posible buscar dentro del adjunto, iniciando una "issues" o "pull requests" https://github.com/opto/Expression-Search-NG/issues
