The taskbar stops popping up (it is set to hide) after I minimize then maximize Firefox. I know Fn + F11 will solve the problem, but I do not want to have to do that every time I maximize. I don't why this behaviour is desirable, but I'd like to turn it off as it wastes a lot of time. Thanks Phil

Disable any graphics overlays like Nvidia's FPS counter.
