I am a business person and a regular user of Firefox. Unfortunately my business portal will no longer open on Firefox (however it does seem to open on other browsers, e.g. Chrome). Link is here: https://www.mlc.com.au/spa/online/home/index.html

I just get a blank page upon attempting to enter the site, but with no content. Grateful if someone could advise.

You should post screenshot of what you see in Firefox and Chrome. I'm curious to see the url in Chrome that's working. This what I'm seeing in 2 browsers. see screenshot

I think you've got a typo in the url? https://www.mlc.com.au/spa/online/home/index.html#/

That link redirects to a "Generic error" page on both Firefox and Chrome. It is even indexed on DuckDuckGo search with that page title and it is missing from Google search.

Try navigating to the business portal from the MLC homepage.

Show the link that Chrome has.

No typing required, we just clicked your link and this is the result we get. Is this the link showing in Chrome? Provide a screenshot of Chrome.
