when i visited a web page suddenly the web page refresh itself and i shows an advertisment or other times at the top of the web page there is suddenly a border come out without a reason and it shows an advertisment

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.
