Pressing Enter in the address bar doesn't go to the website.
If I were to type in a web address in the address bar and press enter, it doesn't go to the website like it's supposed to. Also, if I click on the suggestions, it still doesn't go to it, but it completes what I was typing. The only way to go to the site is to click on the arrow next to the URL. How can I fix this? I've tried installing an earlier version of FireFox (ver 3.6.16) and uninstalling FF4 and reinstalling, but I still had the same problem. I'm not sure what to do.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thank you so much, it was one of the incompatible add-ons I had enabled that wasn't working. =D
I just downloaded FF 4.0, which I believe is now the RTM version on a newly imaged machine and am having this problem. I didn't install ANY add-ons! It's like this OOTB!!!! Totally unacceptable Mozilla. I expect more from you. This is a no brainer that needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! I won't be deploying any more machines with FF 4.0 on them until this is fixed.
Color me disappointed.
Update: I looked at my add-ons, and I did find that there is one that automatically installed that I didn't know about from my AV software! After I disabled, I was once again able to press the Enter button and have the browser respond as expected.
What I still don't understand is this; I'm using FF 3.6 and I have the same add-on enabled and I don't have the problem.... Also, why was I not notified that an add-on was being installed?!?!!? That's the one that is REALLY disconcerting, but that's another issue. Problem solved.
Found out that the problem with mine was AVG safe search, after disabling it firefox 4 worked like it is supposed to.
