after you asked me to do the updates i have a pop up now that says to uninstall java script p

lets start... fired up the computer it says would you like to up date fire fox i never do but this time i said yea,now i get a pop up that says unistall set, java scrip application. every time i make a move and i cant do anything unless i close that pop up. what do i do now!
