The print size is microscopic and too small to read. How can I fix this?

The print size of my email is so microscopic that I cannot read it. In addition, the print is a very light gray against a white background, which makes everything hard to read. Attempts to change the size through the computer controls yielded even more trouble with some items so large they fill the screen.
