How to turn on automatic share all installed extensions by specific user\admin for all PC users\profiles? Exception for repeatly installations. For example, anti-porn, safe search. That's extensions i think must work for all my childrens who have personal account.

See:

Rename the .XPI file to the ID of the extension (GUID or email) and drop the .xpi file in the extensions folder in the Firefox program folder and start Firefox as Administrator to make sure that you have write access to that folder.
You may have to extract the extension to a directory with the same name as the extension's ID or rename the XPI file to the ID name.
That should install the extension and make them available to all users.

If you are not sure then install the extension and copy the extensions folder of that extension from your Firefox profile to the extensions folder in the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
