Firefox 7.0.1 is not recognizing valid security certificate for several netbanking sites like www.iobnet.co.in, www.idbibank.com etc. showing sec_error_unknown_issuer error, but these sites are opening normally in Firefox 3.6.23, I'm worried

The sites http://www.idbibank.com, http://www.iobnet.co.in are authentic and trusted NetBanking sites in India. Also these sites are opening normally with green 'site info button' and without any error message in Firefox 3.6.23.

However in my other computer recently installed with Firefox Portable 7.0.1 (software from http://portableapps.com) the above sites are not opening directly and I get the message "This Connection is Untrusted" with Technical details as "sec_error_unknown_issuer" error .

So I then installed an old installer for Firefox 4.0 but still getting the same problem.

Please help!

That site doesn't send a required intermediate certificate to link to a build-in root certificate.

  • VeriSign Class 3 Extended Validation SSL SGC CA

You can find that missing certificate on this website as "Secondary EV SSL Intermediate CA Certificate" (second cert.) and save it in a text file VeriSignC3-EV.cer and import that file in the Firefox Certificate Manager.
