It is taking an extremely long time to get a link to appear on screen. How do I fix it? Where is the problem? Is it a virus?

It is taking several minutes to connect to links in emails. If I get to page one of link, it again takes several minutes to get to page two,etc. How do I fix it

If you recently had a crash and have sent the crashreport to Mozilla, then you can post a crashreport ID on the forum. Sometimes we can see signs of a virus in the crashreport.
