I'm assuming you are using Android (There is no Firefox for iPhone). You can see the list of supported phones at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/will-firefox-work-my-mobile-device. There are some phones that can't handle Firefox, or just haven't been tested yet, yours may be one of those.
