Whenever I click on a "play" button on either a video or audio file, absolutely nothing happens and the media file doesn't play. On Youtube, I get a message that says "An error has occured. Please try again later." This only happens on Firefox as media files work fine on IE or Chrome.

hello nadine, this is likely a problem in connection with the recent update of adobe's flash plugin (chrome & ie are supplied with a different version of the plugin by adbobe), please refer to the following article for common solutions: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox
