Lost all bookmarks and history after yesterday's update

Running android mobile firefox. After yesterday's update it crashed and it wiped all bookmarks snd history. I went into settings and clicked "restore from android". It did, but my Chrome bookmarks. Then it crashed again after that and all was wiped again. Getting too unstable to use now. If there is no way of recovering all my lost

I now uninstalled the beta version 22 and downloaded the stable version. Still can't sign into my yahoo mail.

I shall use Google Chrome now since it's the only one that keeps the bookmarks and history. I t's a shame though! I liked firefox, but since I lost all bookmarks with no way of recovering them... it's time to give it up.
