Blackboard Collaborative sessions cannot be opened in Firefox.
I am trying to connect tot my schools Online lectures. I start the blackboard collaborative sessions but unable to open it. It opens in IE but not in Firefox. I was able to 2 months back but not for the past 1 month. I even cleared my cookies, tried re-installing firefox, still not able to open collaborative sessions.

Check whether your using JAVA latest version or not

All up to date. Still facing the issue
Blackboard isn't always compatible with the latest version of Firefox, plus the various schools using Blackboard aren't always using the latest version of Blackboard.
My advice is to use a 2nd Firefox installation - Firefox Portable - when going to a Blackboard enabled website. Firefox Portable installs completely separate from the official Firefox versions, so you won't risk corruption of data as might happen with 2 different official versions being installed together.

My friends are using Firefox too. So I don't think its the firefox issue, It should be somthing at my end. Thank you
