The "Nightly" drop down menu on my MAC will not drop down, thus removing the ability to quit, new tab, new window, etc without forcing it through the apple cons

The "Nightly" drop-down menu next to the apple icon (file, edit, view, etc area) does not drop down when clicked. I'm currently running OSX 10.8.4 on 2.4GHz core 2 duo, 4GB DDR3 RAM. No access to any information besides about:pages which don't tell me the current nightly version.

Try a clean reinstall and trash the current installation before installing a newly downloaded full version.

You can also try to emove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)
