I accidenly deleted my personal data when I deleted firefox. Is there any way I can retrieve my personal data back?

So basically what it says above. But another question if I have other users on my computer and they have Firefox is it possible to recover my personal data to or from these other users?

You could try using a file undelete utility program like Recuva.

Other user accounts on the same PC are gonna have their own personal data, not yours.
