Checked for newer version after Bank of Montreal online banking site created incompatibility with FF 26. This happened after a crash?/maintenance downtime? at BoM and their subsequent restoration. Now will not accept my sign-in, even with all cookies and flash allowed ... reports cannot accept sign-in from bookmarks, though it does the same for manual entry. Problem does not happen with other secure (including other banking) sites and does not occur when I use Google Chrome. I still prefer Mozilla FF and so I do not really want to switch to Google. However, at present, that is my only option for connecting with my BoM accounts.

Could you please check into this incompatibility? I have reported it to BoM, along with the information that I did not change any configurations or update anything during the time BoM's site was down. I also wonder if any other users have experienced the same problem.

Cheers, RoboDoc.

Your useragent appears to be User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Gecko) Firefox/64 which is not a valid Firefox UA. It could be you changed it, a proxy has changed what is given to sites or a useragent extension changed it for examples.

type about:config in Location (address) bar filter for general.useragent Right-click and select Reset on any that is not default.
