I am writing an article about using inspector in Firefox. My latest Firefox uses the menu Web Developer --> Inspector to open inspector. However I notice that some older versions use the menu Web Developer --> Inspect. In which version did this name change happen?

That looks like this happened in Firefox 20 as the result of this bug:

This is set via a string in this locale file:
