hello, i don't know where you have heard that, but that's not accurate - brendan wasn't fired, it was his personal decision to step back from his position, because all the ongoing frenzy.

I am not an idiot. In my many years, I have seen lots of people "resign" when we all know that they were forced out. This is what happened here. Goodbye Mozilla. one last thing to add: the reason behind brendan's decision to step back between all this ongoing frenzy was to avert further damage from mozilla and its mission - so his intentions were just the opposite of what you are trying to achieve with a call for boycott.
