I know how to transfer an entire tbird profile (takes a long time), but what I most often need to do is to quickly transfer a single email folder from one PC to another both running the same version of tbird. Ideally I could just export the folder I need, copy it to a different PC, and import it without risk to existing emails. At one time, there was a 3rd party utility for this, but it has not been kept up to date with tbird 24.4. The other options I have read about seem convoluted at best.

Is there a way?

ImportExportTools is the add-on most often used for this purpose, and is working here in TB 24, 30, but another way is to select all the messages in the folder (Ctrl-A), then Ctrl-S to save them as eml files, then drag the eml files from Explorer and drop them in a TB folder on the other PC.
