Where is the option to try receiving emailing before sending?

Many smtp services require you to send a command to receive email before sending email. There should be an option to do this automatically when you hit the send button but I can't find it. Where is it?

I don't think you can force TB to receive before sending when you click Send in the Write window, but if you instead Send Later, it appears possible to do this with the Get/Send button provided by MagicSLR.
