When left clicking a prompt that would allow me to download something, I get a weird error.

Not sure how this happened, but when I left click a link that normally bring up a prompt to download/save something, I get this:

This looks like a codec issue. Try this add on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../quick-media-codec/
