How do I remove Vidx from Firefox, there is no resent Firefox button in my troublshoot information!

Vidx is flooding my browser with ads and constant pop ups, making it impossible to use Firefox. I have googled and found direction to reset Firefox, however it says to use the Reset Firefox button which should come up on the right hand side of the Troubleshooting Information page. I dont have one. Please help. Thanks

Why are you using such an old version of Firefox?

The Reset feature was added to Firefox until a later version.
