I can't see some unread messages. I Don't Know if I've blocked people accidentally or what? Can you help, please?

When I hit "Quick Filter" It shows the number of unread messages, but there are no messages below in my inbox. I don't know what I did. Please help me undo this!

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button. Repeat the quick filter and see if anything changes.
