In Thunderbird

  • Help > Troubleshooting information
  • click on 'copy text to clipboard'
  • paste info in this question

edit/remove all info on fonts and printers and state which account is having the problem.

When you try to 'GetMail' or send an email what happens?

what does it say 'looking up. connected, connecting etc ?

what error message do you get...word for word?
