Since last ??.?ver update, I can't use address bar to search things or access the internet URL.

I found that I can fix it if I can get to about:config, but the URL bar doesn't work at all.

Is there any way to access about:config without typing in URL bar?

or another way to edit configuration lists?

excuse for mass sentences :) I'm not a native Eng speaker.

Why are you using a Firefox 31a2 Aurora build?

It would be better to install the current Firefox 29.0.1 release if you aren't experienced enough to handle issues with development builds.

You can delete a possible user.js file and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in the current Firefox release.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem

You can find the full version of the current Firefox 29.0.1 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

I just put it in as a bookmark, accessed from the toolbar.
